There is always a possibility of negotiating on the price they offer and once agreed they honour this price and payment is received efficiently.
I would recommend this company to buyers and sellers alike.

Whenever I rig GJW direct they are always incredibly helpful and if they don't have an immediate solution to my problem then they do everything possible to help.
I have had to make a claim in the past and on this occasion the service was just as good and they did everything they could do to assist me with the claim.
I have recommended GJW to many fellow sailors and generally their experience has been the same.

The service was poor particularly arranging the delivery,we had to ring several times and the department responsible couldn't be contacted,the delivery time was only confirmed 36 hrs before delivery.
When the delivery arrived there was only one man who looked in his seventies trying to offload heavy paving slabs.He was intending to leave then on the footpath obstructing the pedestrian walkway but with persuasion and the help of my builder onsite they left it on the front of my drive obstructing the access and open to anyone who might want to help themselves.So the delivery rating would be zero out of 10.Everything about the delivery was useless.

Thank you for your review. Having checked your order, I can see the telephone number was inaccurate which is the reason why the haulier could not contact you sooner, however that said, you ordered on Friday 30th November, once our office was closed and delivery took place on 6th December, so this was not a lengthy delay. Furthermore, for £2 you could have prebooked your delivery day.
In terms of the delivery service, for smaller loads such as this, we offer kerbside delivery only. This is clearly explained on our website, again on checkout and finally once more on the email confirmation sent to you. I am sorry if this was not clear.
