Good price , unit was in good condition, 24 hour delivery took 2 days but was acceptable , it was good that I was allowed time to transfer system over to new unit before sending old unit back as upgrade

Order that turned up was faulty with…

Order that turned up was faulty with ribbon cables that had been cut. This should have been tested before sending out. But because of returns policy i ordered another one which luckily was great

Not happy!!!! Been on 75 mb package since we joined …

Been on 75 mb package since we joined years ago. But speed has halved and ping rate is terrible. Spoke to customers service and so called technical team. Whilst I was on phone speed went back up to about 60mb better but still low. Today back to 30mb. I use Internet for work, playing games, and I'm a part time photographer so I need to be able to upload large files. Really annoyed speed dropped again. I am thinking the contention ratio has changed or I am being throttled. I am now looking for alternatives e. G. Plus net!

In consistent Quality of Service

I bought a flashgun which was no problem and it turned up on time and i had no need to contact the shop. I tried to purchase an expensive qulaity lens but there was no way to contact the shop i had to dig around a lot on facebook to contact shop members. Then the lens was extremely late arriving, and also the lens is slightly damaged which was not mentioned online. I have asked for feedback and compensation but i have had very littlefeedback. I am testing lens but i think i may take it back to a branch for refund, if i get no satisfaction

Pretty as a Picture

I ordered 10 A3 clip fames , which arrived on time not damaged and packaged well.

With shipping and vat worked out at £3.1 per frame, cheap as chips .

I can now put up my latest pics on the walls..... :)
