This lot ship to Ireland but won't do the paperwork to allow me pay just local vat, customer service just send preprepared messages insisting I send a business vat number to them when I don't even own a business.
Clearlyn demonstrate no regard for the customer and refuse to send on my request internally in flexispot for a knowledgeable response.

Edit. raised to 4 because despite the slow service in Ardee by the counter clerk the guy in the yard was friendly and quick, price was excellent and 3 was a little harsh.

I see their hose reel on Amazon but they have ignored my requests about delivery to Ireland because they exclude Ireland from all shipping options.
I note your response. It doesn't explain that you will ship a 20m model to me though Amazon.de but will not ship a 30m model. Both identical in size.
Also I receive shipments all the time from the UK from multiple shipping partners. Brexit is no excuse any more.
I bought from a shop in the UK who shipped to me in Ireland so have raised to 3 because the product is good. Still disappointed that Vonhaus can't overcome Brexit but a small retailer can.

I bought a pair of Steiner binoculars from this shop. The binoculars arrived in a well sealed outer box with Duke tape that clearly had never been opened. It had no customs inspection stickers as was shipping within the EU.
The inner Steiner box had it's seal broken and the Steiner binoculars were smashed extremely badly. (I'd leave photos if I could of both sides almost smashed apart.
They claim they refunded although I told them I did not want a refund but a replacement binoculars of equal grade at least as I would now have the trouble and cost of trying to buy another binoculars. Duke refused to replace (out of stock). Duke deny that they shipped in this condition and refused to do anything else and claim they have refunded (no refund received yet) and I'm left without my money and without my binoculars.
Edit: At least they seem to be engaging with me but still poor. Upgrading to 2 star because their website and pricing ok. Just awful response to an issue. Still refund not received.

We bought a Yankee Candle last week and the first time we used it, there was a loud bang and the glass shattered. This could have been a potentially serious injury and Yankee Candle ignoring it says a lot.

Bought two pairs of shoes from MBT. One for my wife and one pair for me. This was based upon a pair I was already using and very happy with. The sole of both pairs literally fell apart and dissolved into dust in the box. Only noticed when I'd worn out my old ones.
The response to my email by MBT was ZERO. Appears they ghost you if you've a complaint. If they're Swiss there is no EU consumer laws and they do what they like.

Took over 3 weeks to deliver despite the quick delivery promise. Now Shein want €4.50 to return it because their delivery was too late.
Despite their reply, I had already contacted Shein three times and they insisted I had to pay €4.50 to make my return. Needless to say, my family will not be using Shein again.

Review of AUTODOC - Ireland
Have used these twice. The second time I bought discs that had clearly been fitted to a car previously and then returned. The box was wrapped in tape and disc was scored.
the worst part is customer service is nonexistent.
Edit:Autodoc got in contact with Trust pilot so to add to my review, I tried contacting Autodoc and the only method is chat. I sent on chat, the order number and pictures of the clearly taped up box and the scoring of the fitting surface of the discs. But customer service made no response to my complaint.
Further Edit: Autodoc made a response on Trustpilot but have failed to respond to the information that I sent to them after they responded.

I made tentative enquiries about listing a car and received nothing but spam and constant hassling by some bloke Michael. Extended to sending these hassling emails on Christmas Day, St Stephens Day, 27th Dec etc. Never experienced anything like it. Just a hard hard sell with no idea how to do business with cherished high value classics. More like a Cheap Used Car Seller. Follow Up: Car and Classic complained to trustpilot looking for more information about my review even though its clear that i am complaining about their spamming me, even down to hassling me on Christmas Day!
Having received the reply, I accept what they say but it was a tentative enquiry. The emails were signed so were not obviously automated and I didn't want to block all c&c messages so didn't look for an opt out. I think the solution is c&c treat one to one personal approaches as exactly that and not as an excuse to send a stream of emails that appeared to be directly addressing my tentative enquiry.

Don't even think of using this lot. As per previous reviewers, their data is invention. I've full reports from garages and inspections to disprove their data but they refuse to even talk with me. Their operator Vlad is possibly the most obnoxious person I've met, refused to advise me and refused to put me through to anybody else. Talking over me continuously with "Buy another report" or "email us". I'm certain the senior person either won't reply to thus or give a huge reply attempting to justify. But no matter what, as with other reviews it's all lies.
Edit as requested: Myvehicle refused to give an explanation why a car I have owned for 20 years suddenly had it's mileage bumped up by 100000 miles and they refused to help or do anything about their rogue agent who did it. I know this because I bought a review of my own car so their assertions in their response are false. In fact their response is like their report, lies and fabrication. Are they so stupid that they can't see that I'd have to have bought a report to know that the report is lies. What a contrast between this company customer service and others.

Joke of a company with joke management. I disputed an authorised transaction and the details of my complaint was ignored. I used their appeal procedure and my appeal was ignored. Merchant was never approached, credit card company was never approached and instead of investigating management just tried to start an argument.
I CAN SEE WHY THERE'S ZERO GOOD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE.
