Booked courier twice to collect my package, they never turned up. Emailed Music Magpie about this and was told they have 98% collection success rate blah blah, basically they ignored the issue of courier not turning up. Took package to local inpost locker. Package arrived with music magpie in 4 days. Payment received a few days later.

Hello Alan,
We're sorry to learn your experience was not positive. From looking into the order I can see that the courier failed to collect on one occasion however it seems the courier was also cancelled on the other occasion. I am very sorry for the failed collection and all instances of a failed collection are flagged on our system and forwarded to the courier company to investigate. The quicker alternative to a courier collection is to drop the items off at a ParcelShop drop off which I can see you did. I understand this may be an inconvenience and I do apologise for that. I hope that this incident does not put you off from using our service again in the future.
