I was unable to order a tin of wood stain in mahogany for me to collect from my local store indicating for me to pay £3.95 to get it to the store when went to collect it .I was surprised at how small it was not enough to cover a square metre no where it said how much was in the tin so got a refund I went to shelf in store and there was plenty on the shelf in various sizes in two places so why did I pay£3.95?

I can confirm that delivery to a store does have a delivery fee of £3.95. When a click and collect order is placed, the order is selected from our warehouse and delivered to the store via couriers. It is due to this that we have a delivery charge for the items to be delivered to the store of your choice. Shop floor stock does not affect click and collect orders. We ensure that the price of the delivery options are stated at the point of sale so customers are aware of the charges for the different services we offer.
Furthermore, I understand that you have advised the item was not the a size which you had expected. I can confirm we do advise of the product dimensions/volumes so customers cans ensure that the item is suitable for their needs and requirements. Upon looking into this order I can confirm that this was returned to your local store for a refund. Please note that the delivery charge is likely to be processed separately to the coast of the item.
