Our daughter started Psychology A level…

Our daughter started Psychology A level tuition with Janette at the beginning of her final year of A levels. She hadn't done well at all in one of her AS level exams and was very concerned with the A2 coming up as well. Thanks to Janette she was able to pull that AS exam up by two grades in a resit. Her online lessons with Janette also gave her greater confidence participating in the classroom and an understanding of what she had to really focus on. Having a highly experienced teacher who also is open and friendly like Janette really helped our daughter through a very difficult final year. She has now gone on to start University life and we are grateful to Janette for helping that happen.

Our package was so late by 2 weeks and…

Our package was so late by 2 weeks and I couldnt even track it or get in touch with onbuy wont use again

Bootless and waiting

Shoe envy sent me an email to say my boots had been dispatched on Friday 3rd feb. today is sat 11th and still no sign. Their mobile no for help was only an answering machine and I've left messages twice and no one has come back to me. Sent an email no response. Their link to royal mail site saying I could track my boots was dead end as they do not provide a suitable code that royal mail need. some envy order no is not the same or useable with royal mail. So I am very disappointed and feel there is no one listening or who I can talk to.
