Bought a 40" TV from the clearance section. ( I wanted a white one as for a bedroom and this happened to be on sale.) Organised to collect from store. Store telephoned me to let me know it was available for collection within 48hrs and told me I could collect outside of store opening hours if helpful. (Which I ended up taking advantage of.) Guys were really helpful on collection and offered to carry it to my car etc. Delighted with the product too, so overall a great customer experience :-)

Our GPS tracker stopped working after a couple of year of hard use. Contacted Pitpat who were quick to respond and advised various steps to see if we could get it working again. Unfortunately this was not possible, and I had resigned myself to purchasing a new one. However, Pitpat kindly offered to replace the unit with a new one - despite it being out-of-warranty! Very generous and much appreciated and a real demonstration of after-sales customer care :-)
