Very impressed with the quality of a bouquet I was sent using Flying Flowers (lasted a couple of weeks). So used them for my own next order. Their packaging is all recyclable and minimal, delivery is prompt and flowers/plants are of an excellent quality.

Purchased 2 dresses in July 2021 which never arrived. Credit card charged on day of order. Got one reply in response to my chaser email but nothing thereafter. Trying to get money back via credit card and Section 75 Claim ref Consumer Credit Act.

I love ECCO footwear & ordered some boots online because out-of-stock in shops. The boots arrived promptly, but unfortunately I had to return them because they did not fit. The delivery charges were free, but it cost me £16.00 in postage to return them to Sweden! The cost of the item was refunded very swiftly.
