The product of a deranged mind, this company have just charged us £170 for a 30p mistake on their part. Trying to talk with a human employee is all but impossible and their processes arcane and designed to confuse. The so called 'Appeals system' is pathetic as the competency of those administering it are comparable to that of a disinterested parsnip festering in a fridge drawer. If you really are a masochist with little else to do and removing your own spleen with a can opener isn't your thing...just overstay your welcome at The Meridian shopping centre in Havant. These leeches will point you at their own data which disproves their claim then demand ridiculously disproportionate amounts of money for the pleasure. Hopefully there's a special place in hell for these grasping extortion merchants

Yet another visit to Sportsbikeshop to buy a helmet. This was my second time of doing so. Once again a well wrapped package with complimentary helmet box, arrived on time with the contents safe and secure. I tend to wait for offers and good value, once again Sportsbikeshop didn't disappoint.
