Always great speedy service from the staff at Castleberg Outdoors. I had a problem with the items ordered but it was sorted, no hassle!

I was advised to use Alpha Travel by a friend and found the policy and ease of purchase exactly as he'd said it would be. I have a medical condition and wasn't penalised. The policy was speedily set up, very competitively priced and the documents in plain English. I will certainly use Alpha again.

Can't fault the service and the website was easy to use. Good photos etc however I am a little disappointed with the duvet covers I bought. Not expensive I admit but 50/50 poly cotton should be easy iron. Not at all. I rinsed the sheets and covers in a 30deg min iron cycle and after line drying as I don't own a tumble drier, I stood for over an hour and a half ironing out masses of creases! 3 duvet covers 3 fitted sheets and 6 pillow cases would normally be done in 20 mins! Shame as my daughters are supposed to be taking these to Uni and I don't think they'll be doing much ironing!

I am very satisfied that my replacement size trail trainers arrived before Christmas, and will certainly use Outdoorkit again.

If only other companys could work like this one! Brilliant.
