Avoid!
I had no problem with the delivery, arrived quickly and as described but, the refund process was a joke.

Sorted the return through the returns portal on the Stox website and kept my tracking receipt, which alerted me that the product was received by Stox 48 hours later. After two weeks I'd had no correspondence about my refund so I emailed and sent proof of my return and the delivery confirmation.... no reply and no refund! Waited another week then emailed again... no reply and no refund!!
Eventually got the refund from my bank and then up popped Stox saying they will refund me - that was three weeks ago and, guess what... still no refund.
I would not buy from this company, spend your money somewhere else!

Sure, I received an email from Stox telling me the refund would be processed, but it never materialised!! I've checked with my bank and it was never actioned so my initial review stands. Be careful where you spend your money.

Item arrived the next day as requested. Customer service faultless. Would recommend and use again.
