Until I opened package to find I'd purchased two coils and not two packs !
I could buy said coils in other stores for 8.99
for a pack of 5 so to be charged nearly 8 quid for just two dotcoils is a bit excessive !

Both your stores in West Wickham are absolutely dreadful ! Why oh why are there two stores within ten minutes I’ll never know
The fruit and veg is poor …a lot of items I’ve specifically came to the store to purchase are out of stock in fact both stores a dreadfully stocked the staff are rude as are the managers !! Here’s an idea close one store and concentrate on a bigger store better stocked !! You are overpriced I’ve had cheaper better quality items in Waitrose

I paid for first class delivery package…
I paid for first class delivery package sat in Manchester for two days now its sat in gatwick for some reason !!! I should have just paid for 48 hr delivery !!! Trued emailing but no response !
I doubt i’ll use you again !!

I hate to do this I made an order over the weekend and paid for first class delivery via royal mail instead my juice was sent via Hermes who are absolutely useless as only they can't seem to find my address
Wasted a whole day waiting for a courier
Now I'm stuck with very little juice for the next day ....you can't describe how disappointed I am

The reason for the one star review
Is that I've waited in all day ...you did tell me to email you today if my goods didn't turn up to which they didn't and now I'm going to have to run to a b+m shop just to get liquid to last the next few days ...you can understand my frustration I've upped your stars because usually I have no issue with your service

Hello Keith, this could be sorted out without the 1 star review. Yes we apologised for sending out your order with Hermes and not Royal Mail. We spoke to you yesterday to update us if there would be an issue and if there was to message us and we would sort it out. You have emailed us 30 mins ago and we have replied to your email for an alternative address, further delivery instructions to pass onto the driver or we would send this out again for you RM next day. Please let us sort the problem out before you write a 1 star review.
