Fitted Wardrobes in 3 Bedrooms
After finally being talked into having fitted wardrobes by my wife, we opted for Betta Living.... mainly due to reviews by other customers. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. They seem to operate in the old fashioned way.... no fancy laptops with cad software ....no pushy sale person..... and they put the customers satisfaction first! From the designer Jo Moore to the fitters Brett & Bob Shard, all a credit to the company!
The designer spent nearly a whole day going through every detail to make sure we were happy with everything.... due to our sloping ceilings it made it difficult for both her and the surveyor but they resolved any problems they encountered.
The fitting took place a week before Christmas which I was worried wouldn't be complete before the break, but Brett & Bob the fitters worked like Trojans for 4 solid days to produce what I can only describe as the best money I have ever spent! Worth every single penny! I must say though the workmanship of the fitters was absolute faultless! and I mean faultless! Totally changed the look of all our bedrooms! One happy wife.... and I had a nice quiet Christmas! Thank you Betta Living.... Jo Moore and Bob & Brett Shard!

I've been buying goods online for many years and i've got to say this is the worst experience i've EVER had! Desperately needed a quality iphone case...ordered with BMC digital...received email to say despatched....not received so telephoned...and telephoned...and telephoned....NEVER ANSWER! So had to email, they said it was sent via royal mail 1st class....but not recorded!!!.....items value was £99.95...you just wouldnt send unrecorded!! Luckily i paid with paypal, so opened a paypal dispute....one of the directors responded....she promised to send a new one when in stock....never arrived! So i requested a refund which they had to give through paypal. Without paypal who knows where this would have ended up. No email to inform of refund or apology....just lots of stress and wasted time chasing my order!! USE AT YOUR PERIL!
