Fantastic quality prints and book - I went for the Photo matt paper. Think the price was ok too for the quality but could get expensive if you add more pages to the standard books. Unfortunately the software was a bit glitchy on my mac and it was a pain to get some pictures to line up correctly even with using the page layout templates. If they improve the software would be a 5 star for sure.
Always good service and reasonable price too would recommend. So far at least they haven't lost all out user details due to a hack with is a nice reassurance!
Unfortunately (for me) I read the online reviews for this company after I put my order in with them so was pretty nervous come delivery day. I ordered the White Knight Bed (Space Saver) for around 400 pounds as it was on sale and asked for it to be painted white. The delivery arrived in three boxes on the correct day but I had to get the packages into the flat on my own as the driver refused to take them over the threshold for insurance purposes?! You can't track the order so it arrives some time in a very wide time frame. The packaging was undamaged but numerous pieces of the frame were damaged : dented or badly painted. There were two sizes of screws supplied but as I later discovered too few long screws and too many short screws. The instructions were basic and had a extra cover sheet stapled on to them with corrections - there were still some mistakes in the instructions but they were ok to follow. A parts list would have been helpful to check things before starting to build the bed. The only bits pre-assembled were the rails for the slats to go onto, the screws for these weren't evenly spaced though which made screwing the slats in without hitting them hard. The slats were rough cut and non were the same length. I used a hand screwdriver but if you do purchase one of these beds I recommend you get an electric screwdriver, there are a lot of screws and they are hard work due to there length. The other thing to note is that the tolerance of the joints is very tight - I needed a mallet and a scrap bit of wood to fit them together. I contacted the firm and they sent me some replacement bits - another day off work as again no tracking. The response I got regarding the fit was that they expected the joints to be tight and for customers to use a mallet to put the bed together! They also said that they supplied spare screws but in my case hadn't supplied enough. On the plus side they tried by sending me some replacement bits and the bed does look nice, it creeks and groans though so I don't think disassembling to move it would ever be an option. Its a shame as I try to support British companies but in this firms case they really need to look at there QC process closely, a re-think of what they expect a customer to do for assembly must be considered too. I feel sad to have spent so much on a bed which is pretty poor really so sorry get laid beds, but its best to avoid this company.

Hi Dylan,
Thank you for your review of our bed, I’m sorry you’re unhappy with your purchase from us. Unfortunately, as we have limited details for you, we’re unable to locate your order on our system or see what we’ve previously discussed with you to resolve the issue.
We very rarely have an issue with our bed frames squeaking because of the type of joints we use, and I’d like to look into this problem and fix it for you. As previously mentioned, we’re unable to locate the details of your order as you’ve posted the review anonymously. This makes it difficult to diagnose the source of the problem, however we presume there has been an issue that may have been caused during assembly. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us so we can investigate this further for you. If an issue is found we will rectify it free of charge.
Our mortise and tenon joints are designed to be a tight fit, as this helps to make our beds strong, sturdy and durable so that your bed will last for generations. As we only use 100% solid wood in our beds, I agree that it may be useful at times to use an electric screwdriver for ease of assembly and I apologise that you have experienced difficulty with this. Our master carpenter works closely with our design team to ensure we offer an excellent selection of handmade beds that are as easy to assemble as possible and with the fewest number of components. We're always innovating our product collections to meet the needs of our customers, so your valuable feedback will be passed on to our design team.
We offer a range of delivery options including standard all day, before 1pm and before 11am, so this can fit the delivery around our customer's busy lives. We're always exploring new options and work closely with our delivery partners to ensure delivery of all Get Laid Beds orders is seamless. The great news is we're currently launching a new exciting delivery option with a new courier partner, whom are able to deliver to the customer's room of choice and even take away all packaging. We have taken these actions based directly on previous customer feedback and we're pleased to be able to continuously improve these important aspects of our service by listening to our customers.
Thank you for your valuable feedback regarding our assembly instructions. We've taken this on board and are currently in the process of updating our assemble instructions to get the best possible experience for our customers.
If you require any further information or assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you.
Very happy with the new Kitchen. I had a rough idea of what I wanted and the consultant at the store helped improve on my initial ideas. My request was a bit more than just fitting the kitchen as I wanted to remove a wall, move plugs, plaster.. luckly they knew a man who could and it was all done under one project. It was a lot of work and took two weeks, there was only one very minor snag at the end of the work which was fixed within a day. I would definitely recommend anyone to get a kitchen done by them - in fact I'm so pleased will be looking to get them to do the bathroom in the future.
