I reply to your response:
You admitted that your computer takes up to 2 days to register a dispatch and I quote:
"The products have been sent out to you. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for the tracking to update and reflect the current status of the parcel."
When I cancelled the order it "HAD NOT BEEN DISPATCHED" officially.
If you choose to own a steam driven computer, that is your problem, not mine.

We had only received a return request which under our returns policy clearly outlines our terms.
