Darren at Aberystwyth was a star

Darren at Aberystwyth was a star. We had an issue with getting the rooms measured. Darren came up with an ingenious idea to measure via video call. Top marks. Now looking forward to fitting in a couple of weeks.

I was recently given some Wex vouchers…

I was recently given some Wex vouchers for my birthday & eager to get them spent. I contacted the online shop & asked several questions about my purchases. The man on the end of the phone couldn’t have been more helpful & knowledgeable & even got me next day delivery at no extra charge!
I placed my order quite late in the day & they still arrived mid morning the following day.
Thanks Wex & hope to deal with you again soon.

Would have given 5* but I didn’t get a reminder that my insurance had run out & had to phone you.
Fortunately I’ve never had to make a claim so can’t comment on that side of things.

Thanks for the feedback. Its great to hear that you would have scored 5* for the product and service were it not for the renewal notification.

Our renewal notifications are sent out via email or post, depending on the customers preference. They are issued 4-6 weeks before renewal, again just before renewal and then finally just after the renewal was due.

Sorry that it appears you have not received these in this instance. It may be worth checking your spam folder as sometimes renewal emails do find there way in there. If you check your online account you can also confirm that your email address is correct and also how you are set up to receive renewal reminders (online or via post). Alternatively, if you would like to give us a call we would be happy to do this for you.

Mavic Mini Joy!

Like many I was awaiting the arrival of my Mavic Mini which I ordered through Wex & they pulled out all the stops to ensure I got it as promised which included an upgraded postage package at no extra cost to myself. Can’t recommend them highly enough & will be using them again.

All Round Excellence!

I’ve used Wex on a few occasions now & have always found them a pleasure to deal with. Awesome service, great company

I rented a Nikon 70-200 f/2.8E lens & received impeccable service from Lenses For Hire Ltd.
I collected their lens from their offices & was met at reception with the lens. I was also given the opportunity to have a look at another lens I was interested in but eventually left with just the 70-200.
The return was even easier than the collection & was even sent an email with the exact collection time which was kept.
I will definitely be using Lenses For Hire again very soon & can’t rate them high enough.

Great service

I am always happy with the service I receive from Boiler Juice. They give you the opportunity to get oil delivered very quickly if you are in dire need. They also give you the opportunity to wait for other peoiple in your area to order together and get great savings. The prices are always very competitive. 5 star service.

Fast and reliable service

the delivery was fast. the only slight issue was that I asked to be contacted before delivery as they will need someone at home, this did not happen. Luckily, I was at home on a saturday morning, otherwise it would have been a failed journey for the oil delivery.
