Cameras have never worked consistently, service engineers fail to show up and without calling to let us know. They double billed me for 6 months before I flagged to them but they were quick to refund. Bored of chasing.
The base alarm and app do work well however.

Loaded up my order - a number of samples - in various sizes on the website - really slick! Had a query that I attached to the order and got a near-immediate response - fantastic! Was kept fully updated with order progress and when the prints arrived - perfect. Really pleased with the whole service.

From the first phone call to collection and bike-fit of my new Dogma, the service was simply incredible. The service was quick, professional, expertly knowledgeable and confidence inspiring. The guys at Sigma know bikes! Elliot took me through the options, with every email including specs and photos.. and helped me build my dream bike. FIrst ride out was stunning (and fast!) and everything I had hoped for and more:)
