Bad Experience

I received my goods late and then my name was spelled incorrectly. They blamed the vendor and told me they would have then reshipped overnight. They were then shipped later than planned and not overnight. I still have not received my reprints a week from when they were expected initially. They continue to blame the vendor. So why use them as opposed to going to the vendor directly? They were of no help and if anything made the delay even longer. Incredibly frustrating process
