I recently purchased an Epiphone Hummingbird acoustic guitar from Wildwire. I struggled for a couple of days with playing it and I considered buying some lighter strings. I called Wildwire and spoke to Leon who suggested that I bring the guitar back to see if there was anything they could do with the set up that might help. I popped in and handed the guitar over. Ten minutes or so later Chris handed me back what plays like a completely different guitar! The action is remarkably low and it plays like a dream.
