I received the Ryoko wireless router 1…

I received the Ryoko wireless router 1 week ago. Although I'm using the Ryoko in Scotland any devices I connect to it seem to be connected in Germany, the United States other countries. I am unable to stream Netflix, Prime or any other local TV apps. The site advertised a 60 day guarantee for returns but I've been informed they will happily cancel my 6 month policy but won't receive a refund. I've basically paid £100 for something that doesn't work. I've sent numerous emails and had the exact same reply to two different messages which shows some replies aren't even from a person so not great service. Overall not a great experience. Will be contacting the communications ombudsman to try getting help to resolve the situation. I don't understand how they won't take goods back that have been open but you can't try something without using it. The goods are in perfect condition with the original packaging like new.
