Ordered a product that did not live up to its advert and did not work properly. Requested return and refund instructions and offered to pay return ship cost. Instead I was flooded with operating instructions, operating tests to conduct, videos, pics and the list goes on. Their conduct is to frustrate the customer into their compliance ...no return offered.
