I signed up for a free trial with this…

I signed up for a free trial with this company and made sure to cancel before the trial expired. Despite that, they still charged my card and then refused to refund me when I reached out to customer service.

Their support team was unhelpful, kept repeating the same scripted responses, and took zero responsibility for their mistake. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t honor its own terms and treats customers this way.

I do not recommend this service. Be careful — even if you cancel on time, they might still bill you and leave you stuck with the charge.
