The script that was sent didn’t match the glasses and no instructions for returning glasses. Don’t waste money on this site

Thank you for reaching out to us. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with your order. Upon checking, we see that your order was placed in October 2024. Please note that our warranty and return policy requires any issues to be reported within 15 days of receiving the order and the order in question is one year old now. As the order is now outside this period, we’re unfortunately unable to process a replacement or return.
