The clothes are stunning, but customer service?

The clothes are stunning. I'm having trouble getting the right order and being charged for shipping on returns that aren't my problem, They're canceling my pre-orders and the last one was I needed to wear the blouse I bought only to find the medium was way too tiny and had to order a large. I don't wear a large in anything! This was a second exchange from a mistake order of an XL in all my order to a normal Medium size that just didn't fit. They said they would prioritize the shipping for me so I ordered it and then was told I had to select that on check out. That's not what the email said. What am I missing here? I'm so frustrated I can't believe it. One thing after another. Please try to get it right. I hate to stop ordering but it's getting to be not worth it.
