I bought the Zfold in 2024 and all was good so I left them a brilliant review. I ordered the S25 in September 2025 and im having consistent problems with it dropping connection with my hearing aid. I reported this and they suggested sending the phone back but then said once I send it back "they will then check head office whether they can provide me with an alternative solution ". I sent 3 emails over the past 10 days asking what that means but they won't reply. They expect me to restore factory settings and return the phone leaving me without a phone and no idea if I get a replacement or even refund. What I thought was a brilliant company turned out to be the sort of company that turns their back when there is a problem with your purchase
