Terrible customer service.They have a bot on the site which pretends to handle customer questions but it will direct you to their telegram channel which does't work i.e. nobody will respond to you. Their main telegram channel is closed for comments.The one which is open (which the bot on the site recommends) never responds.They will just read your complaint and ignore.If you ever have a query complaint, good luck with getting a response.So frustrating.A few months ago they dis some system upgrades and I lost some money which was in my account.Been trying to get help to recover the money but I have failed but they dont respond.
