Even though I canceled my subscription the same day I bought it, I was not refunded and my song was not uploaded.
Hi, I subscribed and tried to upload my song, but they wouldn't upload it. As if not uploading it wasn't enough, when I canceled the subscription and asked for a refund, they said they couldn't do it. They're complete scammers. They're extorting you for a service you can't use, and I pointed this out when they wouldn't upload my song. It's a complete disgrace.
Normally the return period is 14 days but this is not followed in any way. The name of the official who told me this is: Susana
Definitely stay away, there are better alternatives
