Went into a store to buy a specific pan but it was out of stock. The shop assistant was very helpful, checked the online stock levels, and ordered one to be sent to our house with the delivery cost waived. The pan arrived within a couple of days. It appears to be very good quality. I have always found Lakelan'ds customer service (over the last 20+ years) to be excellent.
