Terrible. I am very disappointed as a returning customer. They had received my parcel it’s been 10 days and still no refund. They’re telling me they want a paper receipt when I’ve clearly sent them confirmation of them confirming receipt of my return. Nearly £500 worth. Terrible. I will be taking this further.

Please be assured when looking into returns issues, it is standard to request the proof of postage so we can look into this appropriately.
