right item in the cart& receipt, wrong item on invoice…
right item in the cart and on my printed receipt . . . wrong item listed in invoice(how does that happen?) and they shipped the WRONG item. I received it and immediately informed them it was the wrong item and asked them to please ship the right one and pick up the wrong on . . . in CHAT, emails and the RELY in their emails. So far, nothing done to correct their mistake. It was hard to order in the first place because they declined payment from PayPal twice, then removed item from the cart and I went back in and added a different item . . . then, when I entered the card number for the same account, they processed it . . . WRONG!
