Now that I finally have started this program after first taking the test that I didn't follow very well, and then I took a second test and did way better than I expected. So with that bit of confidence I went through the entire workout and was capable of doing more than I expected. So now that I've gotten motivated from muscle boosters, I'm going to follow up and get stronger so I can continue to enjoy my life. 78 years old and soon in a month will be 79. All I can say is just do it and the rewards will be there just like they have been for me!
