A box come in with a big hole in it that had been taped up by the shipper. we were 3 bearings missing and they must have fell out of the hole before they taped it up. My son called you and you replaced the bearings at no charge. You don’t find that level of customer service anymore anywhere. So we at Cainco will loyal customers for 123 bearings in the future.
