I wish I could talk/chat with someone…

I wish I could talk/chat with someone about my program. What size weights do I use for the exercises? Do I even have the right plan for my goals?

Thanks for reaching out! Let me quickly walk you through how the app works.

When you sign up, the app builds your workout plan based on your fitness goal, level, equipment, and other details. You can adjust any of these settings anytime — your plan will automatically update to match.

You can also: Track your steps and stay active with Walking routines,
Explore the Guides section for useful tips, Create your own workouts in the Workout Creator, Try Challenges for quick routines like Morning or Chair workouts, Choose Home or Gym as your training location.

Each plan includes both main and optional workouts — you can do them at your own pace and schedule. If you’d like, you can also review your Training Settings in the app to make sure your goals and preferences are fully up to date.
