Wouldn’t buy again

This was the first time I’ve ordered with this company and I don’t think I will order again.
Yes my blinds came quick but from then it went downhill.
I was supplied with a box of fixings, some fixings I had no idea what they were and nothing to fix them with. No screws, no nothing.
To top that off, I had no instructions and no pads to stick the piece on the front of the blinds.
So I have had to source tape and screws!

They are up on the wall now, but beware. Yes they state in the listing that they trim some off the end, however it is far too much. If I didn’t have such a thick rim on the window, then there would be bad gaps. Also slightly too short as the bottom piece doesn’t undo. My measurements were correct so I now have to move the brackets down to make their mistake look abit better.



It’s not a good experience and I would not buy from here again. Spend a little more and get what you’re ordered

Thank you for providing the information.

Firstly, we would like to apologise that the instructions had been omitted from the delivery, we can see a copy was sent via email this morning.

The pelmet is attached with pelmet clips, these are clear plastic, if not enclosed we can certainly issue these.

In regard to screws, we no longer send out any screws or fixings with our orders. The reason for this is because we do not know what material/surface you would be fixing the blind onto, so therefore cannot guarantee that the correct screws and fixings would have been supplied and there would then be a risk of the blind coming loose or falling down.

Finally, if the size received is incorrect , please end an image of the complete width and drop against a measuring tape to allow us to assess and remake or refund.
