The garage was inaccessible due to traffic blocks and traffic limited zones. I was unable to park in the lot, attempted to discuss with the lot itself to request a refund (they did however acknowledge the inaccessibility); however, they refused and said I needed to discuss with park my car.

They advised us that on the afternoon of the day your booking began, you went to our partner car park and requested a refund because you were unable to reach the facility.
The car park made it clear that, despite a road closure, it was still accessible and operational. Unfortunately, as they did not receive any telephone communication from you or any other type of notification, they were unable to provide you with information on the route to take and, having reserved the parking spot as per your booking, they do not consider your request for a refund to be justified.
We would like to point out that we provide the contact details of the facilities so that customers can contact them in case of any eventuality.
We are sorry that, despite the explanations provided, you have decided to leave this feedback.
