After a small problem with my activation code 'Microsoft didn't recognise the code' , I contacted Nerdused customer help where I spoke to Michael who spoke me through the setting up and activation process whilst issuing me with a new activation code. My office 2024 is working like a dream now at an exceptionally fraction of the full retail price.
