I was annoyed hugely as part of the recent purchase because, having not needed to order ink while a promotion was running, I paid the full price for the product only to be emailed by Cartridges Direct a few days later, pushing yet another promotion.
I feel the least CD can do is to give me an additional credit for the difference between the promotional price and what I had to pay for the product involved.
