The customer service is outstanding! I placed 2 orders and, unfortunately, they were lost in the mail because of the Birmingham, AL Post Office and through no fault of this company. After notifying Koss, they reshipped my orders and I received my beautiful jewelry pretty quickly. The bracelets, earrings and necklace are beautiful and I so appreciate Pearl with the Design Team for being a great help!
