What a fabulous company & what a great product. I had all but given up on finding a short walking stick for my 5’ wife. Then I found this company. They were so helpful on the phone but a slight misunderstanding, on my part, led to the wrong size being delivered. All was quickly sorted and a replacement sent + a returns label for the wrong stick. Wonderful, sadly today, old fashioned service.
