SCAM

SCAM! This is a scam platform. You book a flight for a great value and they just cancel it within 24h losing your money! I usually fly 10x a year for the business and this was by far the worst platform I've ever used. I've NEVER experienced that somebody takes my money and they cancel it later on, sending you a stupid email "sorry, the airlines cancelled your ticket". IT'S A SCAM PLATFORM! On top do that they did not even apology and send you a plain email stating “they cancelled it”! There are better platforms like Agoda, Trip, Google Flights, Booking etc. Telling me some sort of nonsense that Airline can cancel it it’s just a big lie as I’m a SW developer and all of them uses pretty much the same backend and integration for searching a flight ticket! I have flown over 300x flights and I have never experienced the problem with anyone else like this one! DON’T TRUST THESE GUYS AND FIND A BETTER OPTION!

I can see that your booking was rejected due to airfare selling out at the quoted airfare. While we are very sorry about the inconvenience caused, however please note that Jetabroad sells airfares that are loaded on our system directly by the airline and even though it is rare but there are times that an airline may delay updating their inventory in real time which leads in the fare being rejected. In such cases, as outlined in Jetabroad's terms and conditions, we offer the passenger the next best option or a full refund. In your case, while we checked other flights and other Airlines but unfortunately we were unable to offer you seats on any Airline at a comparable price and hence you were refunded in full.

I can see that you have constantly abused our staff members with profanities under email reference - QIO-940419. You may be unhappy with the outcome of your booking and have every right to complain. However using the kind of language you have used and abusing customer service staff, who are simply doing their job is in very bad taste. Jetabroad have a zero tolerance policy regarding staff abuse and since you didn't stop using profanities in your emails and had already been advised regarding your booking, our team stopped responding to your emails.
