I bought the game at about half the price of the disc version. I quickly got the link and instructions on how to download and install it. After a couple of days the game stopped working. I contacted customer support and within less than a day I had an answer to my query. It was short and concise, clearly explaining what I had to do.
The game is running without a problem now.
