Trustable company. Potential change in quality of leggings but their customer service helped me with the issue I had
Purchased from them a few years ago and it was great. Purchased a few months ago and there was an issue but their customer service department resolved it.
Quality of the material did not seem to be the same because it pilled on the first day and so I raised a complaint with their customer service team and they offered me a resolution. Their CS team was very helpful & responsive with this issue.
I don't think this problem persists with all of their clothing so I hope it was just a faulty batch I received.
Other than that I trust this company and I will buy from them again soon.
