Comparing to another cacao powders i bought, this one is rather weak. I have to ad more than a teaspoon into my mug to make hot cocoa. Other brands I had, sometimes one full teaspoon was a bit much. Also it has this weird aftertaste, hard to explain, like grassy, it isn't very chocolatey, that's for sure. It is definitely not the best quality. I'll use it gor baking etc, but it will be hard to drink it. Even my 13yo daughter tasted the difference and wasn't fond of it saying she won't be drinking it. Probably the worst buy of cacao yet (for me).
