I received the wrong item try to return. They will not get an address from them and this is their response when I emailed.

However, the specific style you selected is currently out of stock.
If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return the goods back to us.
When we receive the goods, we will give you a 70% refund
(30% is the crafting fee for personalized product ).
But the shipping cost would be expensive.
I don’t think it is wroth to do that,
Or If we offer you a 50% discount, would you accept to keep this order?
I’m not the one that sent the wrong products they did and also has not give me the address to return it yet
