An OK experience... BUT
There is a good selection of cars and but the ordering/delivery experience was not great. The communication from Fleet Solutions after ordering was very poor and was only made better by the actual lease company.
During the lease term, generally you would never need to contact Fleet Solutions themselves and the 'My Account' section on the website was good to use.
For minor issues like someone hitting my wing mirror off, the process is simple and the accident management company is easy to deal with and very efficient.
Issues arise when something more serious happened. My car was unfortunately flooded and as such was written off. There was absolutely no help from either Fleet Solutions nor the accident management company. As advised in the contract, a courtesy car is only provided in the event the car is being repaired and that is fine, but the problem was the communication between Fleet Solutions and the accident management company - there was none.
Be aware that the 'fully comprehensive insurance' that is offered with vehicles is not that at all. Where as in my case the car was written off and once the insurer is notified and the vehicle as been collected, it is no longer my issue. The claim is settled and all is well. This was not the case for me and the claim dragged on for months, costing me thousands - which I was assured I'd be remunerated for. Spoiler: I wasn't.
Again, as mention in the initial contract, payments will continue to be made until the claim is settled. But the fact is there was absolutely no need for this claim to drag on for so long - no other parties involved, no injuries, nothing involving public highways. There was zero communication between Fleet Solutions and the accident management company and three months later Fleet Solutions thought all was well and nothing had ever happened. They weren't even aware that the car was a total loss.
As long as you have no 'out of the ordinary' issues during the lease term then you will be fine. But you will get no help at all from Fleet Solutions if something like that does happen.
