Had an issue with my mother's laptop. Asked a question this morning and needed to use her computer to complete the install. Only she was 50 miles from my location. I made it to her place this afternoon and was able to complete the re-install without explaining myself all over again. Bea started the help chat this morning and Jay completed my help this afternoon all with the same message string. And it was a quite lengthy and detailed process. Thanks again.
