Here’s my genuine review, after using my Skin+Me prescribed daily doser for 3 months.

Earlier this year I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (IBD) and was put on a course of steroids (Prednisolone). Once I stopped taking these I got awful acne, which is something I have never experience before (not even as a teenager, and I’m now in my thirties). A few people recommended Skin+Me to me and I thought it was worth trying, after all my usual things didn’t work.

Initially I had an ingredient in my included in my daily doser that I wasn’t comfortable using, due to my IBD, and they got this rectified very quickly for me via email, and sent out another daily doser free of charge, without this ingredient included. I couldn’t have asked for better customer care!

Now I’m three months in and I have noticed such a huge difference to my skin. Pretty much all my acne has cleared up, my skin is no longer red, and overall it just looks so much smoother and healthier. Yes my skin got worse when I first started using it, but you’ve just got to trust the process and get through the ‘purge’ phase in those first few weeks. I am so pleased I stuck with it and can’t thank Skin+Me enough for giving me my clear skin back!
