The bracelets are BEAUTIFUL but...
I have just deleted my previous 1 star review because the bracelets bought in August finally arrived today. My experience with customer service was rubbish, perhaps a language issue, so I was convinced they were a scam. HOWEVER, the bracelets arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. They are extremely light weight, a joy to wear, the amount of love, care and attention to detail in creating each piece is apparent. 5 star product, customer needs improvement.

You’re absolutely right, our shipping to Angola hasn’t been as smooth as it should be yet. We’re still quite new to deliveries there and are working hard with our partners to make the experience flawless — just like it already is in over 25 countries we ship to.
