A great result...

I sent one Signia rechargeable hearing aid to Hearing Now for battery replacement - it turned out that the electronics controlling the battery charging were faulty and I received a brand-new hearing aid and a new receiver by return - which was great. The only downside was that the turnaround was a few days more than their advertised "up to 10 working days". However, in view of the lengths that Hearing Now went to to ensure a great result I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others...

Hi Steve, thank you for the feedback. We appreciate that the turnaround time took longer, but this is entirely out of our control, and it depends on how fast the manufacturers, in this case Signia, respond to the repairs and services. The bright side of the experience is that you received a brand new hearing aid and receiver in response, which, in our opinion, is a great value for waiting a couple of more days.
