I have used the service on my last 3 trips. 1st time in Amsterdam (Oct2024) it worked perfectly; then Spain (Jan2025, Oct2025) In Jan I had to buy a 2nd plan because the first one wouldn't start. I failed to write to the help line and proceeded to buy new plan. This last time (Oct) same thing happened, it wouldn't start but this time I contacted helpline and they proceeded to show me how to reset in order to make it work. So far I've had great reception and continuous signal.
UPDATE: a couple of days after writing this review, I was contacted by email by a company representative apologizing for the inconvenience with my plan and offering future service on my next trip.. This is what I call extraordinary customer service, best of all, I wasnt expecting it!!! So Im upgrading my review and giving them 5*, because they have earned it .. 👌👌
